About the event
After 30 years working with the Bowen and how the mind works within clinic and our centres alongside the national health service too and professional sport. There are some key areas that in my mind bring awareness, softness to our humanity and permissions to be - just ourselves, comfortable and pain free. It has been shown in sport that "flow" happens the moment you can accept and let your body "be" in space and time - merging the world that is external to your skin - to the world within you. A great place for healing and to create "body awareness" for sport, life and activity. This is an unusual course ...built from thousands of clients and their feedback to me...many of these clients will join you on this journey in my words and stories.
I really look forward to sharing this with you. Written by myself - Zero AI. :-)
